| Contrary to the popular image, Vikings were quite
concerned with personal hygiene and grooming, given the large
number of grooming tools that are found in the archaeological
record. This sterling silver ear spoon is inspired by several

Brooch Hangers - 4 cm x 5 cm
| These useful and decorative artifacts are based
on grave finds from Eura, Finland. The upper loop hangs from
the pin stem of a Norse brooch and the lower loops allow plenty
of room for attaching tools, trinkets, and ornaments. Sewing
tools, amulets, and bells were all worn in this way. |

while red hot, using what I call "micro-forging" techniques.
